New Returns

ABC Auto Parts is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace new merchandise as long as it is:

  • Accompanied with original sales receipt
  • In the original packaging
  • Not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Complete and does not have missing parts or hardware

Warranties

We will gladly refund or replace defective merchandise as long as it is:

  • Accompanied with original sales receipt
  • Not damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, or failure of another part
  • Complete and does not have missing parts or hardware

Warranty Information

  • Warranty period covers original purchaser from date of sale and is non-transferable
  • Warranty period for commercial use is 90 days (no warranty on parts used for racing, competition, or off road)
  • Warranty covers part failure as a result of defect in material or workmanship only

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items incorrectly shipped to ABC Auto Parts will not be returned. Items not purchased from ABC Auto Parts will not be accepted.

Core Returns

If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our Returns Form.
Please note:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • Cores must be returned in the original packaging
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping the core back may make it cost prohibitive to return the core for credit.

Damaged Products

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our returns form to begin the returns process. We will then contact you via email or telephone with further instructions.

Labor

ABC Auto Parts will review labor claims on parts installed in the first 90 days with our manufacturer partners and report the findings back to our customers with or without compensation (original purchase receipt and invoice from professional installation must accompany defective part to make a valid claim for labor compensation).
